Pubs have been at the heart of our business since 1882 and we have evolved a great deal since then to an estate of over 120 Managed Houses.

At Brains we offer a diverse choice of businesses throughout our estate that spans from the South of England throughout South Wales around the beautiful Welsh coastline to Anglesey! We have a variety of outlets that welcome customers from the local community, the high street and more rural or coastal areas. We also operate hotels across our estate which offer guests fantastic accommodation.
At Brains it not just about pulling a pint and serving meals – we need strong retail managers who understand the importance of managing a business, managing their teams and are passionate about delivering great results. You won’t just be a number because we are small enough that you will be able to make a big difference. We are still a family run business which means we have a fantastic friendly culture.

Brains is committed to training and development for all employees. We understand the value of highly trained teams & Managers to the running our pubs and to our customers.
We offer an extensive induction program covering all aspects of running a pub to equip you with the tools to do the job. You will be provided with a training plan which you will work through alongside one of our existing Managers who will support and guide you. You will also receive regular reviews with your Line Manager and our Training Team to check your progress and prepare you for your own pub.
