Purpose of the Role:
Maintaining an effective telesales service to all SAB Customers, meeting customers demands whilst optimising sales and ensuring customer satisfaction


Main Activities:

Ensuring daily calls are made to all SAB customers (within the relevant channels (National Sales, Take Home,Retail and Tenancies) in accordance with weekly diaries

Conducting Telesales calls to generate new business

Driving Forward Sales through negotiation and deal making & identifying opportunities to increase sales volume to existing customers

Point of Sale processing for Set Territory

Processing Customer Orders into the Sales Talk & Navision systems

Responding to Customer Queries

Providing excellent customer service and support to our internal customers and sales representatives.

Maintaining customer details database

General Filing and Administration Duties

Flexible to meet the needs of the Customer Service Department, provide cover during department breaks, holidays and absence
