Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

400ml Brains SA gold
1 clove of garlic
200g Llanboidy cheese
200g Teifi cheese
200g Pwll Mawr cheddar cheese
10g corn flour
40ml kirsch
Pepper
Nutmeg

How To Make

Rub garlic clove around fondue pot, grate all the cheese into a bowl and add corn flour and mix in well to help bind the cheese together.

Place the dish onto a high heat add the SA Gold and bring to a slow boil. Then add the cheese stirring in a figure of 8 pattern until mixture boils.

Add the kirsch and season with freshly grated pepper and nutmeg to taste.

Place the fondue pot onto an alcohol burner on table where it will continue to cook serve with chunks of crusty bread and boiled new potatoes to dip in.
