We aim to mix contemporary style with modern Mediterranean cuisine to create a unique, but relaxed experience. As a well established venue in Cardiff, the popularity of our food has now spread further west to Swansea. Grape & Olive Meridian Tower not only takes advantage of the popular Marina location, but situated on the top floor of the tallest building in Wales, customers can enjoy superb views across Swansea Bay and Mumbles. We think Grape & Olive is the perfect venue for all occasions, so please let us know about your experience today by asking your server for a feedback card.
We are proud to offer some of Wales’ finest food from premium Welsh suppliers. In addition to locally sourced produce, we also select some of the best quality food from the UK and Europe. Our cured meats are sourced from Carmarthen, Milan, Parma and Spain. The Grana Padano, Parmesan and buffalo mozzarella come from Italy, as does the Gorgonzola, ricotta and dolcelatte (sweet milk). The pecorino is from Sardinia and our fresh pasta and gnocchi are, of course, from Italy. The Pantysgawn goat’s cheese is from Abergavenny and our smoked delicacies come from the Black Mountain Smokery, Crickhowell. Salmon is sourced from the Shetland Isles and our mussels from Carmarthen Bay. Preserves and chutneys are from Caernarfon. The fish and seafood is from Tuckers, Swansea Market and the Emyvale duck is from Ireland. The milk and cream used in our ice cream comes from Carmarthenshire farms. Our honey comes from Peter Guthrie, Brecon and our Carmarthen ham is sourced from Albert Rees and family, Carmarthen.
