*The final day for placing Christmas orders for delivery within the UK is December 20th. Orders places after this date cannot be guaranteed delivery before Christmas. The final date for placing orders for Europe or the Rest of the World is December 5th.*
Items will be delivered within 10 working days in the UK, and within 14 days for Europe and the rest of the world.
The prices shown on the product pages are excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs will be added at the checkout and are based on delivery region, regardless of weight of item(s). Delivery costs are as below:
UK - £3.99
Europe - £9.99
Rest of World - £19.99
Please note that items of unusually heavy weight (over 2kg) may be subject to additional postage charges.
Due to custom and excise regulations beer sales are only available within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). The prices shown are excluding delivery costs which are added at the checkout. Delivery cost = £3.99. To keep delivery costs to a minimum only 4 cases of beer can be purchased on each order. These can be the same product or a mixture but cannot exceed 4 items. If you wish to purchase more than 4 cases you will need to place additional and separate orders.
Beer will be delivered via courier and will arrive separately from any merchandise also included on the order. Please allow 14 days for beer delivery. The courier will require a signature when delivering the beer, and will only re-attempt delivery twice. In the event that there is no one available to receive the beer the courier will leave a card with contact details to re-arrange delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you may return part or all of your order for replacement or refund up to 7 working days after the day of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
To organise a replacement or return please Contact Us via the website or ring us on 02920 402060. Please quote your name, order reference, the product you wish to replace/return. While you do not have to give any reasons for cancellation, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to you and other customers in the future.
Unless the product is faulty, all returns are at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Please note that beer is non-refundable unless faulty. In the unlikely event that you experience issues with the quality of the beer purchased, and provided that the beer has been appropriately stored and is still within its shelf life, please contact us and we will arrange for an appropriate replacement or credit accordingly. The faulty product must be retained for replacement/credit purposes.
