International Beer Challenge

Brains’ oldest and best loved beer has been voted one of the World’s 50 Best Beers for 2008 and the best Class 1 Beer (up to 4.2% abv).

The bottled version of Brains Dark, which has long been one of the most popular beers in Brains' portfolio, picked up the International Beer Challenge (IBC) award at a ceremony in London.

Brains Dark was in good company at the awards ceremony. The challenge attracts international entries from across the Globe and is supported by some of the World’s biggest breweries. Other British winners included Abbot Ale and Spitfire.
